My “no-bake” recipe for oat cakes
Now, if you’re like super busy all the time and you have a pretty sweet tooth yet you want to stay healthy and fit, get in here! This one’s for you…This is a power packed meal, extremely delicious, easy to make and you require zero skills!
You'll need *oats *milk & *fruits to top
Choose a container of your choice, add a cup of oat meal, match with a half cup of milk just enough to cover.
You can replace the milk with skimmed milk if you’re extra conscious of your weight or anything.
Top it up with fruits. I chose a berry mix but you can get creative with it and wing it any way you can.
Freeze over-night and serve in the morning with a soft fruit like Banana and some extra berries to quench that sugar craving
